Cino, Cioccolato di Modica al peperoncino

Tavoletta di cioccolato di Modica IGP, biologico, aromatizzato con un pizzico di peperoncino. 
Il sapore del peperoncino è appena un retrogusto. Essendo il cacao al 60% non è troppo amaro, perfetto anche per chi, come me, non ama il fondente.
