An interesting take on a true Melbourne staple. The texture of the mock chicken was a little off - I'd be interested to see what brand they've used here. Brands like #heura or #tindle could be great choices to sub in (if not being used already).

Napoli sauce was spot on, the cheez was a nice touch too.
