This is a very average tofu. I don’t think it is as firm as other ‘extra firm’ tofus but it is organic, which is a plus. I won’t buy it again if there are other options. #veganisnotscary #tofu

thundergleep Extra firm water packs are always softer then vacuum sealed. It still holds its shape well for pan frying and baking.1 likeReply
