Aubergine a la sauce chinoise at Yamato — fx.k's Review (Dec 27, 2021)

Bit of a letdown for me. It was much too salty and really really oily to be enjoyed, especially on its own. If you do order this I would consider having with some steamed rice, just to perhaps balance it out a bit.
While not a vegan place, Yamato has a decent number of vegan options. Their menus have a page dedicated to vegan only options.
