Kerabu TiNDLE™ Burger at Huckleberry, Bangsar Shopping Centre — princessmiharu's Review (Dec 27, 2021)

I was invited to @tindlefoods tasting event in mid of October before it served in some of the restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, unfortunately I wasn’t in town so I couldn’t make it. After they announced where we could find restaurants that served TiNDLE plant-based chicken, I have visited @myhuckleberrykl first, among the list.

This Kerabu Burger 🍔 is 100% vegan with ridiculously good plant-based chicken from @tindlefoods seasoned in Asian mixed herbs, vegan fish sauce, vegan mayonnaise and spicy Asian slaw, served with fries. The combination is good, the patty tasted like Thai fish cake (not sure is there any kaffir lime leaves), and real spicy too (there are chilli padi inside!!). The texture is on point too 👍🏻 .
