Tacos birbatake at Hambrusia — leac's Review (Dec 25, 2021)

This is a shiitake based taco that is labeled vegan on the menu. They have a few vegetarian tacos that can be veganized by omitting the cheese on top. This was delicious! Their margaritas are also excellent.
