Mango wattleseed cheesecake at Combi Byron Bay — Emma D's Review (Dec 24, 2021)

Crunchy coconut base with a tangy, thick and creamy top layer. Very light, refreshing, with a creamy and subtle flavour and not a very strong mango taste. The crunchy coconut base was particularly good. Not really sure what role the wattleseeds play, but they tasted good to me!
