Pasta with Pesto at Vegan Inc. Roma — Lea & Stefan's Review (Dec 23, 2021)

Pasta in a creamy sauce based on almonds and basil pesto with hints of garlic oil, accompanied by skewed asparagus finished on the grill, almond cheese shavings and toasted pistachio pieces.

Very delicious, but the pesto could be a tiny bit more intense. It’s not bland, but you will know what I mean ,-). Anyways, very good.

The regular price is 195 Pesos. A gluten-free version for 210 Pesos is available too.
