This is yong tau foo style where you get to pick your dishes, pick yr soup base, and the add on carbo.

I tried out their Mala soup base. Hmmmm, not the best in terms of taste, if comparing to the other stuff they had Am curious abt their vege soup base, will try it next time.
Their fillings tht goes into the vege/tofu/mushroom are all tofu based and not mock meat, so that's a Big plus point.

What I don't like about it is they fry the tofu n stuffed vege,but i think tht's just mainly to prevent the filling from dropping. Ill try ask if they can boil it the next time i order this.

Im glad they have this style of yong tau foo,finally. But only at selected outlets.
