Review of Tempeh Salad at Sarnies by aishahalattas

Super fresh and a nice portion size that fills you up but doesn’t make you feel weighed down. The tempeh was marinated and cooked very nicely with the perfect amount of flavour and bite. The choice of vegetables of edamame, tomatoes and cucumbers complemented each other really well and the dukkah and creamy tangy dressing were the perfect finishing touches. One of my favorite salads I’ve had in Singapore for sure.
