Absolutely could not fault this. A sandwich packed full of roasted veggies, peppers, onion, courgette and slathered in pesto 😋
The hummus on the side is homemade and great for dipping the crusts in. Again served with Cornwall Microgreens and roasted sunflower seeds 🤤 😋
