Precisazione su questo ristorante : loro si definiscono plant based,ciò significa che i prodotti che dovrebbero essere di carne sono stati sostituiti con prodotti vegani della Heura, ma attenzione perché i formaggi e alcune salse non sono assolutamente vegani,ma possono essere sostituiti con la versione vegetale. Consiglio di specificare che si vuole un panino 100% vegan.
Con burger, cipolle caramellate, maionese vegana alla barbabietola e servito con un'abbondante porzione di patate dolci fritte. Bello pieno. Buono il burger e la maionese, le cipolle caramellate invece me le sarei aspettate più saporite. Un po' costoso, ma con la porzione di patate dolci diventa un piatto piuttosto abbondante.

Good the burger and themayonnaise, the caramelized onions instead I would have expected them more flavorful. A little pricey, but with the sweet potato portion it becomes quite a hearty dish.
