Mmm I'd been waiting for a long time (what seemed like forever) to find a vegan pistachio ice cream. Well this one has a very strong pistachio flavor.... I like it alot. It's made with Extra virgin olive oil which is interesting to say the least. I guess this is partly why it has a lighter feeling than tradional ice cream. I realized later it was less calories. Still sweet but it's a nice cream so that's expected. Very good. A bit pricey but a nice treat once in a while. :) i reccomend this highly especially to those who love pistachio nice cream.
