Review of Ramen - alucard at Vegan AF Ramen by alienwa

Amazing flavours of the broth and appreciated the thick noodles choice.
It is labeled as spicy and it is spicy but not bloody hot which i would have loved more. I would also have appreciated more protein content such as tofu or more legumes as there was scanty amount of sprouted pulses. Scanty amount of veg too. I mean, one thin slice of aubergine?!
I don’t generally like fried things and the tempura here just does not make sense at all in a ramen as it gets soggy and mushy in the broth
The delivery of the meal was quick but the broth wasn’t hot, just lightly warmed up and to me is disappointing
The portion size is big so i ended up asking for take away so i got lunch and dinner with it (moneywise win win!)
