Winter Warmer at Panton Hill Hotel — melbournevegan's Review (Dec 17, 2021)

Seasonal dishes with a few vegan options. This was a vegan option this past winter - kipfler potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, eggplant and radicchio with a homemade dressing. Simple done deliciously! All excellent produce perfectly cooked, seasoned and dressed.
