The olive oil used in this dish deserves a post on its own! It’s sooo fresh and flavourful 😍.

Everything comes together perfectly - the bread has the right amount of crunch and softness, love the little seeds that were peppered on the avo. Also #todayilearned beet hummous > regular hummous. Each of the bread came with a different hummous layer.
