Sour molasses, which has quite an astringent taste, and it is widely used in Middle Eastern dishes. Traditionally used in Muhammara (red pepper and walnuts spread), Fattoush (bread salad), and Kisir (bulgur salad). It adds an interesting touch to fresh salads too. Glass bottle.
