#rojak is a #malaysianeats favourite comprising cut fruit and vegetables (#pineapple, #cucumber, #tomato in this case) as well as chopped/shaved peanuts. What could possibly go wrong, you ask? 😏

Most omnivorous places use some fish/shrimp derivatives in the dark sauce, unfortunately. Thus why it's always nice to see people come up with vegan versions. While the Halaveg one had a remarkable depth and sweetness to the flavour, I still found the price tag of RM15 hard to justify, considering the simplicity of the ingredients and the modest portion size. Thankfully I ordered a noodle dish to go with this, or I would have been #stillhungry 😔
