Review of Salmon Sashimi at Herbivore by skootykoots

Now, this is one peculiar dish that I cld go without.
Ive tried plant based sashimi before,out of sheer curiosity and it's not something i wanna try again.

But i wanted my non-veg fried to experience it.
She was blown away n didn't know how to react.
They got the texture right, but without the sea fishy smell. Very jelly'ish. The one i tried at the other Japanese place across d road was better. This tasted watery.
And it was fun watching my friend's reaction when she ate this. 😂
