The sweet yam tempura roll, seen here hanging out with the cucumber avocado roll, is everything it should be. Sweet, crunchy, fresh, topped with bbq sauce, the perfect size to pop in your mouth without being like hehe oopsies did they put napkins in the bag or nah. I love trying all the unique vegan rolls at Tenon, it’s kind of the point of going there, but these classics are essential too. #vegansushi #veganisnotscary #9090challenge #62
