Me gustó mucho esta torta de milanesa de seitán. Lleva frijoles refritos, queso amarillo, mayonesa de tofu y los infaltables jitomate, aguacate y cebolla. Está de muy buen tamaño, lo único que les hizo falta fueron las rajas en escabeche 🥺 a ver si tengo más suerte para la próxima. Súper recomendable 😃 #veganisnotscary
