Lighthouse Thai Sushi

Classic spring rolls fried to perfection. There are 3 to an order and I could have seriously eaten them all by myself lol. It comes with a thin plum sauce which I didn’t care for, so I dipped them in some sweet & sour sauce I had in the fridge.
