Vegetable Mofongo at The Earthy Kitchen — paniwilson's Review (Dec 10, 2021)

This was our first time having mofongo and it was fantastic. It has plantains as the main ingredient and is well seasoned. This was excellent with that sauce poured over the mofonfo and don't forgot the hot sauce.
It was nice to have some fresh steamed veg, but we will probably try the Beefless Mofongo or Jackpork Mofongo next time!
