i really liked these!! take my opinion with a grain of salt, as i never had a crab cake before going vegan, so i don’t know how accurate it is to the taste. but the way it pulls apart is what i imagine it’s like! quite meaty. i wouldn’t have any idea this was 100% plants. and the veggies in there, the peppers especially, are such a nice compliment to it. all the flavors are nice. the only downside for me is that the price point was a little steep for only having 8 cakes in the box. but it’s unique to find vegan seafood and these are soo delicious! #lakewinds
