I think I became too much of a gnocchi snob to appreciate it. I didn't like the texture of the gnocchi, it was too chewy and sticky, plus it tasted really boring. The sauce is Dijon mustard and cashews, I didn't like it much because of the cashew bits. If it was smooth I'd have loved it, it wasn't too acidic and tasted great. #gnocchi #curitiba #veganisnotscary
