Review of Vegan Omelette at The Weekend Café by pv

By the looks of it, looked so close to the non vegan version. By the texture of it, again very close to the real deal except for the puffiness. The taste was okayish as I found it a bit too salty, but the salad was really seasoned well and refreshing.

Made with aquafaba, nutritional yeast, veggies and served with sides of vegan cheese, salad, and toast. The menu said it would be served with hash brown but that was clearly missing from the plate.

Marching on towards veganizing the cruel version of these dishes, full marks for that.
