I love these vegan products from Hart & Soul. They do a good few of these and all are a great little midnight snack or light meal.
It’s not a powder thing either, but an actual little sauce that you squeeze onto the gluten free noodles. The only problem is getting all the sauce out and I find myself obsessing over a tiny veggie stuck in the packet. GET OUT OF THERE YOU MONSTER!
All in all, well worth it for a really unique little noodle dish that tastes like it could be from a noodle place.
