Cranberry BBQ Chick’n Sando Special at The Mocking Bird — pdxveg's Review (Dec 5, 2021)

This consisted of 🌱-based fried 🐥 with delicious, festive, creative, robust, zesty, sweet, and slightly tart whole-berry cranberry BBQ sauce, 🐥🥚-free mayo, and edible gold dust on a sesame seed bun. The 🌱-based 🐥 was crispy on the outside with a tender meaty inside that perfectly mimicked the bird-derived version. Served with their luscious, creamy mac salad, which had crisp cucumbers and a touch of dill that gave it a little extra zip. #saveveganrestaurants
