
I accidentally bought my first vegan Greek-style yogurt, not realizing that’s what I grabbed! Amazing—it has none of the gloopiness that weirds me out about other, more watery vegan yogurt—it’s very thick and creamy. And it accomplishes that without coconut (specifically coconut cream), which I really love but has a lot of saturated fat. This has very little fat, made from almonds. And unlike dairy yogurt, it comes with fiber too! The flavor is sort of strange plain and needs additions (granola for me this time). It’s great for creative cooks. I imagine it’d be incredible in savory dishes too. #veganisnotscary
