I am aware that consuming coconut oil is not exactly the best for health and the environment but these Linzer cookies were a request of my family, so I am writing a review #forthedollar. The cookies are soft and fine, but I’m still looking for alternatives to the perfect oil-free #linzercookies.

itsanavi There's an issue of deforestation for coconut oil production that leads to loss of biodiversity. In order to produce oil, the land is needed, and most often the rainforest is cut down and burned, the animals lose their life, their home,
thus reducing their number, but not only that. Deforestation leads to increased greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, which in turn leads to floods, climate change, diseases ... definitely not sustainable.Reply
