Fries with PBR beer cheese sounded good but honestly it was not ☹ The fries are nice but the cheese definitely needed work. It seems like it was cashew cheese but they were a strange color and flavor. My guess is they put too much turmeric in the mix?? The taste was almost sweet, and it was cold. It seems like everything is wrong about this cheese, and we have had good vegan beer cheese in the past! Another issue was, we ordered this with our burgers but it came when we were almost finished eating. And it wasnt hot. The sandwiches and donuts were good, but this cheese recipe needs to be worked on.
