Pretty tasty and easy to use curry paste. I made this with firm tofu (pan fried first), bell pepper, and onion. Very quick meal to make considering tofu doesn't need to be cooked for 20-25 minutes like the instructions say. Of course it doesn't stand up to a restaurant curry, but you can't expect it to for $2.
