Thrive Cambridge cafe

Every part of this dish was amazing! Tofu scramble was verg eggy, portobello mushroom perfectly done, tempeh bacon completed it. On top of a savoury waffle topped with beetroot ketchup. The best vegan brunch I've ever had!
