Assam Laksa at Zi Zai Vegetarian — Amuletum's Review (Dec 1, 2021)

ASK FOR NO EGG TO MAKE IT VEGAN! first thing you’ll notice about this dish is the smell!! it’s really strong and fragrant (to me) and the broth tastes and smells very similar to actual asam laksa if i remember correctly. the mock fish was okay, not a big fan of mock sliced fish in general but the cucumbers and raw mangoes was really refreshing and added lots of depth to this dish.
