🍳 The okra fries at Dishoom are a crispy and tasty treat. Made from sliced okra that has been fried to perfection, these fries have a delightful texture that is both crunchy and satisfying. The flavor is also noteworthy, with a blend of spices that adds depth to the dish. While they are on the pricier side, the okra fries are definitely worth a try. Vegan options are available, including the lassi, which can be made vegan upon request.

Dishoom is a great restaurant, full of vegan options (actually there's also a vegan menu). Everything tasted great! The lassi can also be vegan if requested. Not cheap.
