Our love affair with Italian food is long-term. In 1965, a wise man called Peter Boizot knew pizza in London could be better. So he shipped over an authentic oven from Italy, opened the first-ever PizzaExpress and got to work serving the great pizza the UK deserved.

I'm not a huge fan of jack fruit pepperoni, but this one wasn't too bad. I definitely prefer the giardiniera,   but that wasn't available on the Christmas menu :( I would only get this one again if it was on a very good offer, or the giardiniera wasn't available. #veganisnotscary #veganeasychallenge
