Review of Tagliatelle with artichoke and shitake at The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar by pippapong
My main for wedding lunch. Not sure if the chef was compensating but this dish didn't have much salt or pepper. Or my taste buds were screwed by the oversalted salad? I really like the slight charring of the shitake mushroom. 55/90
