Roasted beetroot, ajo blanco sauce, dill and toasted almonds at Canto — Viviana's Review (Nov 28, 2021)

This one was my favourite tapas from Canto. The beetroot was served with a refreshing sauce and accompanied with sliced roasted almonds, which gave a nice texture contrast.
It felt good value for money.
