Panino vegano, con Beyond Burger, pesto al basilico, tanta rucola e pomodoro. Il pesto è davvero molto saporito quindi nonostante sia un panino abbastanza semplice (come ingredienti) l'ho trovato davvero gustoso. Sembra piccolo ma riempie. Servito con patatine fritte veramente ottime e leggere.
