Brinjal, petai beans, okra and long beans fried in a sambal. that’s really all there is to it. flavours are strong in this dish, but it wasn’t too spicy.
Nature cafe has a pretty substantial vegan-friendly menu. Dishes with egg/dairy are listed, or you can check with helpful staff. Look out for their daily specials too, a lot of them look really yummy
