Review of Pan-fried bun at Nature's Vegetarian Restaurant (Bangsar) Sdn. Bhd. by ramonadass
The filling of the pan-fried bun was the same as the char siew bao but I preferred the pan-fried version because the skin had a nice crispness to it and it was also soft. The char siew bao was not bad but I like my baos soft and fluffy and the one I had was bit on the dense side.
