Review of Honey Pear Gorgonzola at Pizza Cult by littleredmushroom

Such a creative pizza! It features noni-fermented tofu gorgonzola ( epic!), pears, caramelised onions and a creamy cashew white base. It tasted more like a cracker than a pizza ....a bit too crisp and overbaked. and Sweet flavours with a hint of cinnamon even. I loved the cheese the most ! Worth a try for sure!!!
