Review of Claypot Rice - Hericium in Gong Bao Sauce at Green BA by plantbasedlifestyle
My very first vegan claypot rice. This came sizzling hot and both the sight and smell relly whet up an appetite. The sauce seems too little when we start mixing but towards the end we found the saltishness to be just right as the hericium mushrooms were already full of umami flavour. They also added some carrots, chestnut, shiitake mushrooms and broccoli to enhance the presentation and nutritional profile to the dish. A definite recommendation especially for first timers
