This is a really great Oat Flour! I used it as a binder while making some Black Bean Burgers 🍔 last night.
I’m not gluten free, but I’m always happy to cook and bake delicious flavorful food with this flour. My burger patties stayed together without crumbling…it’s always nice when they hold their form. Price was about $7 for an 18 oz bag, not too bad. Definitely recommend this for your next baked goods recipe or you need a great binder/thickener.
