Wasn't fan of mayo but since I made aquafaba mayo at home a couple times, I have discovered a few delicious dishes like this mayonnaise pasta. I know sounds weird but it's really good and very easy to make. The mayo is nice and thick.
Just like I thought when I first saw someone on insta saying this is plant based and then on telegram and abillion too, you might be wondering why do they have a vegan version. Well my guess is they came out with this in India since we don't consider eggs to be vegetarian. Their vegan version is also available online but it is more than 4 times expensive than this eggless version.

esha16 Oh I didn't know this was also vegan, that's why I was always ordering vegan version. And Now after your post, I am finding other Mayos as well on amazon which doesn't have dairy in them, but vegan is not mentioned. Thanks for sharing this 🙂1 likeReply
