Vegan Mac and Cheese at S'MAC East Village — shalip's Review (Nov 17, 2021)

So glad this spot had a solid vegan option! Coconut based and creamy it reminded me a lot of the South Indian curries I would grow up eating. Not that much of a cheesy feel but very luxurious + tasty :) I added scallions + mushrooms to mine
