A little bit light for me, but overall a satisfying meal! 😋 This bowl contains sweet corn, honey pineapple, carrot, cherry tomato, pickled beetroot, Japanese cucumber, Wakame seaweed, plus a choice of base (I chose lemon herb quinoa). #veganisnotscary
