Haven’t had a chiffon cake in so many years!! Didn’t even like chiffon cake before going vegan but now I appreciate it because it’s such a difficult texture to replicate without eggs - not sure how they did it but it’s like fluffy clouds. Not too sweet too! Pandan flavour could be stronger but overall this is something I’d buy again. $5 #veganisnotscary
