Review of Vegan at Coqfighter Soho by peteri

Despite the burger looking quite plain to some it was delicious!
The protein was succulent and coated in what i pressume to be a beer batter with the perfect amount of grease to seep into the pillowly bun to form this delightful union.
Was very impressed from the first to the last bite!
(p.s. we was high af eating this soO actual experiences might differ)

As an amateur baker i can legit say this may be the best burger bun i been served.
(It was different in appearance to my friends buns so would assume its an vegan brioche)

I'm notoriously fussy staying clear of mayo sauces so opted for only pickles and lettuce but pretty sure i only received pickles. Love em, so not complaining!
