Monte Cristo Sandwich at The Mocking Bird — pdxveg's Review (Nov 14, 2021)

This consisted of cinnamon toasted bread with 🐥🥚-free mayo, mustard, convincingly realistic 🐷-free ham, and melty 🐮🥛-free cheese. Topped with strawberry jam and powdered sugar. How wonderful to have a 🌱-based version of a delicious sandwich that traditionally relies heavily on animal products. This one had just the right balance of savory and sweet flavors. Served with tater tots. #saveveganrestaurants
